As a BACP Accredited humanistic therapist, integrating the Gestalt and Existential approaches, I offer a safe and supportive space to help you explore your inner world, gain greater self-awareness, discover your potential, and find meaning and purpose in life. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, loss, stuckness, your identity, relationship issues, or you simply feel like you're not living up to your potential, I am here to help.

I offer a containing and reliable moment in your week for you to meet the challenge of change at your own pace. You might just discover parts of yourself that you couldn't see before, like the roots of a tree, so that you can stand resilient and flexible in the face of life's challenges.
