SESSIONS
AVAILABILITY
Most weekdays (day and evening).
I currently only offer therapy to individuals aged 18 years or older.
LOCATION
A quiet and private therapy room in Hove (BN3).
I also offer online video sessions (via Skype).
TIMINGS
Sessions are weekly and last 50 minutes.
We can decide on shorter-term counselling (e.g. 6, 12 or 24 sessions) to explore a specific theme, issue or crisis, or longer-term/open-ended psychotherapy to explore deeper aspects of yourself and your life.
COST
From £60 per 50-minute session.
Reduced-cost slots may be available for people while they are a student or unemployed.
Our initial 50-minute meeting is an opportunity for us to meet and explore what you are going through, what brings you to therapy, how therapy and my approach work, your hopes for therapy, and whether it feels like a good fit to work together.
